Job Description

- Responsible for direct/indirect Logistics Business Development

- Process design for warehouse operation and delivery

- Set up logistics system (FIS, WMS, TMS)

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis, leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs

- Analyse existing logistics operation process of customer and design/draw improved operation process based on logistics IT system function

- Identifying new system functions to be added and request function development to headquarter according to demand and need of local level operation

- Support system test on local level

- Operation training based on new process to internal staffs as well as customers’ operators

- Following-up issues occurred and request to headquarter to be fixed

Job Requirement

- At least 3 years of experience in the logistics IT solution or 3PL/4PL business development or worked in consulting firms.

- Knowledge in logistics system and operation process

- Deep understanding about Logistics (warehousing, transportation, etc)

- Proficiency in computer, MS. Office, Capability to use Microsoft PowerPoint

- High proficiency in spoken and written English

- Excellent Presentation, Problem solving and Negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under high pressure, work overtime and travelling (10-50%)

- Consulting experience is preferred

- EDI link experience is preferred

- SAP/ERP knowledge & experience are preferred
