• To translate documentation from English to Korean and vice versa.
• Perform role as gatekeeper of Project Manager (PM) in optimising deadlines, budgets and quality of deliverables.
• Regulary in scheduling and attending meetings between stakeholders, customers, employees, and the PM
• To work closely with PM and engineering teams in technical documentation planning with clear and concise.
• To communicate with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• To assist in any regular audits of all projects and business areas to ensure compliance to specifications & company quality & risk management procedures.

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering related disciplines.
• To have 3-4 years of PMO experience, preferable in any engineering environment to understand the practices and life cycle of project.
• Strong profficiency in Korean & English written and verbal communication skills (or vice versa).
• Familiar with Microsoft Offices, ability to use project management tools and experience in an ERP systerm is a bonus for documention management.
• To work on a contract basis (ONE year contract, renewable).
