 - 한국어 및 영어 대화 가능

 - 싱가포르 시민권자 또는 영주권자

 - 초대졸 및 정규 대학 졸업 이상 학력 소지자

 - 은행권 및 관련 업무 경력자 우대(신입 지원 가능)

2. 담당업무 

 - 일반 행정 업무 (관련 싱가포르 정부기관 제출 자료 등록 등)

 - 일반 예산/서무/세무 업무

 - HR 업무 (채용 지원 등)

3. 선발방법

Position: 

HR / GA Assistant

Job Description:

1. Management of Visitors

Greeting Guests and maintaining visitor log

Management of office telephone mainline

Parcel and letter collection

2. Office Supplies management

Purchasing and managing office stationery and pantry supplies

Purchasing client souvenirs and managing stock

Ordering employee business cards and customizing company gifts

3. Office Security & Safety Management

Office access card issuance and management

4. Office environment management.

Liaising with building management and contractors regarding office maintenance

5. Assist in Branch budget management.

6. Assist in administrative duties regarding onboarding of new hires and offboarding of exiting employees.

7. Involved in company events planning and management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

- 2 years working experience but fresh university graduates are also welcome

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Written and spoken Korean will be an advantage but not mandatory

- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible to apply, as work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
