[Job Description] We are looking for an analytical and business-minded Assistant Product Manager to drive growth for LG’s Air Solution and B2B product portfolio in Singapore. This role focuses on commercial strategy, portfolio management, and business performance. You will play a key role in defining the local business direction, managing product lifecycles, forecasting, and ensuring the success of new product introductions. You will collaborate with HQ, sales and marketing teams and other stakeholders to build strong go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable business results. This position reports directly to Product Director.
1.Business Strategy & Performance Management - Own business planning, category analysis, and profitability tracking for the Air Solution / B2B segment.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen market position, improve margins, and achieve sales targets.
- Lead forecasting, sell-in/sell-out tracking, and data-based demand planning.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to support decision-making. Present strategic recommendations and insights to management based on data and trend
2.Product Planning & Lifecycle Ownership - Support product roadmap development and model planning aligned with HQ direction.
- Manage SKU lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, ensuring timely product transitions.
- Define pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy based on market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, service, marketing) to ensure smooth product operations
3.Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities for new launches, ensuring readiness of pricing, materials, and sales training.
- Work closely with corporate marketing to align campaigns with business goals (not limited to creative execution).
- Manage channel programs, retail initiatives, and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Support field sales teams with product training, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
[Qualifications] - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management/Marketing or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in product management, category management, or business planning within consumer electronics, home appliances, or B2B industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset — comfortable with forecasting, pricing, and financial evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, trend analysis), PowerPoint, and business reporting.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Korean proficiency is an advantage for communication with regional HQ.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
- A fast learner and a strong team player.
