CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for Food and Food services, Business Development in Singapore. we import and wholesale Korean Pre-packed food in Singapore, and It also has 'Bibigo Kitchen' (Delivery only Korean Restaurant). Job Responsibilities: - Plan and execute trade marketing activities to support sales objectives, including in-store promotions, sampling, roadshows, and product launches across various channels. - Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) project timelines and launches, ensuring smooth communication with CJ headquarters and regional stakeholders for approvals, product readiness, and on-time delivery. - Track and report NPD project progress, ensuring launch milestones are met and updates are clearly communicated across internal teams. - Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and activation partners for promotional events, sampling, and campaign execution. - Work closely with modern trade, general trade, and food service channels to ensure strong product visibility and brand consistency. - Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, securing shelf space, activation opportunities, and promotional visibility. - Support the creation of marketing materials, including in-store displays, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), and digital collaterals that reflect CJ Foods’ brand identity. - Monitor competitors’ trade marketing activities and category trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas. - Conduct post-campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, providing actionable insights for future campaigns. - Assist in promotion budgeting and sample inventory planning for trade marketing and product launch programs. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG (experience in food & beverage preferred). Strong product knowledge and passion for Korean food culture. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis experience is an advantage. Other Information: |
