• 전화 응대 및 서류 제반 작업 
• 전반적인 포워딩 OPERATION 업무 (모든 절차)

<JOB TITLE>

H&FRIENDS GROUP (SINGAPORE BRANCH) PROFESSIONAL SEA FREIGHT OFFICER RECRUITMENT

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Data entry for Sea freight Import/Export documentation

- Full responsibilities on all documentation & customer service

- Monitor and ensure all shipments are properly handled within a stipulated operation turnaround time

- Identifying any faults within daily operation, and immediate solution proposals

- Respond and handle customer’s complaint or issue if any, in a fully responsible manner

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Comply and adhere company governance at all times along with other responsibilities as per company requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in freight forwarding or airline industry preferred

- Good Interpersonal communication skills

- Business level English (Verbal/Written)

- Basic knowledge of global logistics and freight forwarding

- Working attitudes with due diligence and discipline

- Individuals with the ability to adapt fast-paced working environment

- Meticulousness, multitasking skills, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to perform Odd-Hour Duty on ad hoc or periodic basis

- May require overtime occasionally or situationally

- Available for immediate employment
