Marketing & Content Executive Role Overview As a Marketing & Content Executive, you will take ownership of SBCD F&B GROUP’s marketing initiatives, both online and offline, with a focus on driving sales, engagement, and brand visibility. You will create and manage content for social media, digital channels, and in-store campaigns, helping to tell our brand story while supporting business objectives. You will work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with brand standards. This position is key to delivering day-to-day marketing activities as well as contributing to larger campaigns. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns - Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across stores and digital platforms - Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth campaign execution - Produce marketing visuals, promotional materials, and in-store assets independently Social Media Management - Manage content calendars and scheduling for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels - Create engaging content, including copywriting, images, and short videos - Monitor and engage with online communities to strengthen brand presence - Stay informed of trends and adapt them to content strategy Content Creation - Develop creative ideas for photos, videos, and digital content - Use Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to edit and refine content - Visit stores or events as needed to capture content - Ensure all visual content is high-quality and consistent with brand guidelines Website, eDM, and Email Marketing - Assist with the creation and update of website, blog, and email marketing content - Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visually appealing - Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement App & Loyalty Program (for future operations) - Assist with planning, execution, and performance tracking of loyalty programs - Support app content and push notification strategies - Help analyze app and loyalty data to improve user retention and engagement Customer Engagement - Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and inquiries - Produce interactive content that fosters engagement and community Partner & Stakeholder Support - Coordinate with digital partners and external platforms - Manage content and listings across delivery platforms and third-party sites - Create promotional assets for partners when required Analytics & Reporting - Track and measure performance of campaigns and content across channels - Provide regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement General Administration - Support events such as product launches, store activations, and media gatherings - Assist with ad hoc projects, marketing documentation, and team communications Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or brand management - Strong English communication and copywriting skills - Basic design and video editing skills using Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools - Experience managing social media platforms - Strong organizational, collaboration, and project management skills - Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry is a plus - Experience with loyalty programs or mobile apps is an advantage (not required) |
