Responsibilities:  


Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who will support the Managing Director in a wide range of HR and administrative functions. This role will be responsible for recruitment support, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR system administration, and coordination with global HR teams.


Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Manage employee records, contracts, and company assets

Provide daily HR support to employees and managers

Administer HR systems and performance management cycles

Support payroll, incentives, and benefits administration

Assist with HR policies and compliance with local laws and HQ guidelines

Coordinate with HQ Global HR on regional HR initiatives

Handle general HR & administrative tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

·       Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree holders in HR/Business (or equivalent)

·       Preferred 1 – 3 years of HR Generalist/Admin experience

·       Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills

·       High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement

·       A strong ability to understand complex requirements and able to clearly communicate with employees and managers

·       Ability to prioritize own workload and must be detail oriented 

·       Strong intercultural skills, organization skills, and written & verbal communication skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR cloud(e.g. Zoho People)

·       Language: Korean(Native level), English(Business level)
