He does not need to have any Singapore experience. The job scope is as follows and the remuneration will be according to experience. Job Scope: Quantity Surveyor 1. Prepare and submit claims for payment and responsible for payment collection. 2. Prepare and submit quotations. Diligently to following up of the cases present on hand. 3. Do awarding of contracts and preparation of contracts related documents. 4. Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production . 5. Need to perform liaison with engineer and sales department . 6. Need to perform liaison with main contractors, sub-contractors and other parties involved the projects . 7. Do frequent studies and reference on other project cases to solve any problems occur in the field of work. 8. Expected to perform duties diligently and finished up the work for the day before leaving . 9. Expected to do a daily progress report and have the initiative to report to boss without being asked at end of the day . Site Administrator 1. Monitor contractor performance; insure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements. 2. Coordinate construction efforts through in-house and contract labour for new construction and rebuild projects 3. Perform site inspections for quality control 4. Communicate with Project Manager or designated supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress 5. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor 6 May analyze departmental project information to determine and/or forecast trends utilizing detailed instruction received by department personnel 7. Maintain projects lists and close out documentation. 8. Responds to inquiries from department personnel regarding assigned project status. ======================================================================================= |
