Assistant Marketing Executive Network Hardware Resale, the world’s leading independent reseller of networking and data centre equipment that is experiencing rapid growth, is in search of an experienced technology marketing and telesales professional to join our growing international organization and APAC marketing team. This individual will be supporting the APAC marketing team in qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and nurturing inquiries into opportunities to build sales pipeline from marketing programs. The ideal candidate will need to be focused, meticulous, enthusiastic and willing to learn. He or she is expected to excel in multi-tasking and thrive in a dynamic and high-energy environment, with good verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in supporting regional marketing team in the coordination and organization of the administrative and operational aspects of marketing will be an advantage. Responsibilities include: • Vet and qualify inbound and marketing campaign leads and distribute to sales force appropriately within CRM • Nurture current and past (unqualified) leads into opportunities to increase sales pipeline • Supplement and qualify marketing lead generation programs with outbound calls and emails • Work with sales force on lead/opportunity conversions and adhere to existing system/process for lead tracking purposes • Manage marketing department email boxes • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and prospects on phone and emails • Organize and support the administrative tasks and co-ordination aspects of the marketing department including marketing collaterals inventory, liaison with vendors and events participation. Requirements: • Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communications or related field • 1-2 years of marketing or telesales experience.
