| 내용 | Responsibilities Work with customers to provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of troubleshooting methodolgies. Case management follow-up. Work with customers at varying levels of experience or technical capability under varying time constraints. Qualifications Must be knowledgeable in UNIX. Minimum 2 +work experience in a technical support role working with relevant technologies. Undergraduate Computer Science Degree preferred. Must speak fluent English and Korean Microsoft NT and Red Hat Linux experience desired. Experience working with LAN and WAN topologies, TCP/IP protocol, and routers/switches required.
