Requisition #: 2063195 Job Title: Indent Business Specialist Job Level: Advanced Description: This role involves in active participation in negotiations and securing of Indent orders and conclusion of contract/PO acceptance. Review and obtain approval for non-standard terms prior to concluding a deal. It includes participation in local country tender process. This specialist should have local language skills and business knowledge to be able to effectively address customer requirements Key Performance Metrics v Timely execution of contract review, negotiation and securing Indent orders
v Execution of Indent Sales Operations model v Business process compliance (sales and operations) v Business growth v Sales and operations team adherence to indent model process Qualifications: v Knowledge of Korean/Chinese language (Speak and Write) is required to service clients and Business Partners in Korea/China
v Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent plus typically 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Operations. v 3+ years Sales process and contract/PO negotiation experience v Have strong business skills and knowledge of the sales process v A finance background would be valuable v Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions v Proven track record of meeting goals v Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to deliverables v Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management v Mandarin language skill is required (read and write). v Work location in Singapore. 관심있으신분들은 영문 이력서와 커버레터 보내주시기 바랍니다.
