Responsibilities:

- Call answer and handling for pre-sales and/or post-sales customer/ services

- Acts as liaison between customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

- Diploma holder and above 
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience. 
- Language requirement: English, Korea
