Position : Reservation Sales Associate

Key accountabilities:

• Manage inbound enquiries from travel agents, individual travelers, corporate clients and members of the Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty program in relation to hotel reservations and booking related inquiries

• Listen attentively, identify callers’ needs and demonstrate effective sales techniques

• Provide information on all Starwood brands/properties, in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to guests in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures

• Maintain good conversion control during each call in order to effectively manage customer service issues

    Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Hotel & Tourism Management or equivalent

• Experience in hospitality/travel industry, contact center environment  or any prior work engagement in customer service is an added advantage

• Korean native speakers who are proficient in English are welcomed

• Demonstrate effective sales techniques

• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Possess good multi-tasking skills and work well in a fast paced environment

• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Schedule is 5 working days every week including weekends and public holidays.
