Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirement
• sourcing, job posting, Preliminary screening, filtering out the suitable candidates, following up with the candidates, coordination.
• Excellent communication required. (Oral & written)
• Exp in head hunting and sourcing right candidates from different sources.
• Exp in posting job description in various sites, screening, scheduling, and selecting the right resource
• Interested Candidates can apply along with your updated resume as early as possible.
