Responsibilties:

-Utilizing security tools to detect and investigate PC Secuity Vulnerability issues

-Troubleshoot network and system issues on user PC remotely or on site

-Administer and monitor IP Phone system and servers

-Ensure all IT Support SLAs are attained monthly with good user satisfaction

-IT Support for hardware and software issues for VIP Users

Qualifications

-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent

-1 year relevant expereince (Welcome for fresh graduate)

-Proficient in English and Korean

-Communication and negotiaion abilities with customers and partners

-Familiar with security tools for OA and PC security vulnerability managing is advantaged
