Job Description: -
1. Provide support to customers in relation to spare parts.
2. Handle after-sales inquiries through phone and email.
3. Processing orders, manage orders and other fulfilments.
4. Plan and coordinate to meet customer(s) delivery schedule.
5. Increase sales of spare parts.
6. Coordinate and liaise with Manager to ensure smooth execution of service and spares solutions.
Requirements: -
1. Diploma or Higher
2. Marine Spares background will be an added advantage
3. Performance-driven and takes initiative
4. Effective communicator and sociable
5. Service-oriented
6. Strong command of Korean and English
7. Well versed in MS Office applications
8. Detailed and Passionate individual
Salary: Negotiable
Start date: Immediate preferably
