안녕하세요,

싱가포르 무역관에서 리셉션직을 아래와 같이 구인 중이오니, 많은 지원 바랍니다.

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk administration cum reception duties
  • Maintain office daily operation, including daily letter collection, courier service arrangement, stationery orders placement and pantry supplies.
  • Support the financial manager for the account payment and all bank affairs
  • Handling HR affairs, such as EP/SP application and renewal, NSmen claim, tax clearance etc
  • Research and collect the information requested by the management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience as office administrator or receptionist preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
  • At least Bachelor Degree in business, economics or other fields
  • Research ability and experience on issues of international trades, labor and other economic related topics
  • Proficiency in English and Korean to handling incoming calls from Korean clients
  • Monthly basic salary 3,000 or above (negotiable) according to the capability and experience of the candidate
  • Candidates with immediate availability preferred
