E-mail :   leon420@hanmail.net Customer Service Korean Speaking Representatives: Responsibilities: ※        To provide courteous and professional technical support via phone and  e-mail to Korean customers ※        Troubleshoot technical issues with regards to gaming consoles ※        Work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks and provide assistance as required to other Technical Service Representatives ※        To prepare reports Requirements: * Degree or diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience complemented with at least one year technical support experience * Team player with excellent interpersonal & communications skills, both     oral and written particularly e-mails * Basic knowledge of video games and their core audience * Basic understanding of home networking hardware and configuration * Excellent demonstrated customer service skills * Effective learning skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Ability to work various shift including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays * Able to work with others in a team environment as well as deal with the public Details : Salary : From $2,500 ~   (Based on experience and qualification, to be discussed) Completion Bonus: Up to 1 month Probation : 3 months Annual leave : 10 days   Medical leave: 15 days Medical claims ( $80 per session), Specialist claims($ 350 per year), Dental claims ( $ 100 per year) Location : Shenton Way, SGX Building
