Our production plant and store facilities are OSHAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005 accredited, thus providing all customers with a peace of mind when they become our partners. *Website: http://www.angliss.com.sg/ *Location: 232 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128420 [Job Summary-Customer Service Specialist] - Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle - Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner - Administer return processing & credit/debit price adjustment - Expedite and track customer orders: answer inquiries (through social media platform such as facebook messenger. etc) and resolve logistics issues - Take corrective actions to resolve customer issues or order fulfilment inefficiencies - Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow
