아래와 같이 구매 경력이 있는 Procurement Executive 를 모집하고 있습니다.

The Procurement Executive supports in sourcing and purchasing activities, in compliance with the Company’s objectives and procurement policy. 

Main Tasks 

• Identify and select suppliers for medicinal products and services required in Clinical Trials.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand the company’s needs for goods and services.
• Handle the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order process.
• Monitor delivery and inventory.
• Identify opportunities for cost saving where possible.
• Collaborate with Quality team to ensure materials and services meet required quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure the company’s procurement policies and procedures are adhered to.

Supplementary Tasks 

• Assist in preparation of management reports, visuals.
• Assist with inter-company communication in Korean.
• Assist in account payable analysis

Requirements 

• Degree in Life sciences/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in procurement function
• Experience in biopharmaceutical industry highly preferred
• Experience dealing with CDMO for drug substance and drug product sourcing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Teams
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP system
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in both English and Korean (to liaise with Korean-speaking subsidiary counterparts)
