1) Sales support officer

Job Description
  • Manage inquiry and communicating with HQ
  • Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
  • Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
  • Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review database for periodic reporting needs
  • Nurture business relationship by building rapport with existing / new customers
  • Provide support for sales team's projects 

 

Qualifications
  • Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
  • Commitment to work under deadlines
  • Attentive to data accuracy
  • Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus


2) Logistics officer

Job Description
  • Handle variety of spare parts for marine engine, machinery equipment (ship’s spare)
  • Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Handle day-to-day stock management in system for stock inbound/outbound, stock movements, shipment process.
  • Conduct monthly stock inbounding and counting.
  • Liaison person with head office, other countries warehouse to fulfill logistics operations
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 1 -2 year of Warehouse & Logistics operations experience
  • Able to multi-task under fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Outlook, advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup,Pivot etc)
  • Attend to phone calls and email enquiries from internal / external customers on order inquiry.
  • Handle and ad-hoc task and new project assigned.
