| 내용 | 마크로젠 싱가폴법인에서 아래와 같이 인사총무 담당자 모집합니다. Job Description 1.Monthly Payroll & Leave management 2.Managing company policies & internal regulation 3.Dealing with visa issuance &termination 4.Employee income Tax file, Monthly CPF submission, handling employee compensation & benefit 5.Maintain accurate monthly staff man-hour record and claim 6.Employment contract creation & termination 7.Assigning and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; 8.Liaising with Singapore regulatory authorities, assigned secretary agency and tax agency 9.Update local legislation, review HR policy & procedures to propose HR policies to ensure the policies & procedure in compliance with the corporate policies and local legislation. 10.Conduct interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; 11.Report Daily finance report to HQ 12.Manage Aped payable 13.Managing Purchasing process (Issuing POs to purchase Office supplies, Lab consumables, equipment, PMs, verify vendor’s quotations, and delivery date to meet project requirements) 14.Provide support to the Sales, Lab and finance in the day-to-day running of the office operations. 15.Handle matters pertaining to works for the office space, facilities, equipment. 3. Key Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR & Business Management 2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR Manager role role, with great exposure to commercial Operation Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
