Finance Manager Position

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Management: Prepare, monitor, and adjust the annual budget.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess the company's financial health and provide strategic recommendations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Cash Flow Management: Analyze cash flow and propose optimization strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investment Planning: Analyze investment opportunities and propose funding plans.
• Cost Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction from a financial perspective.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide senior management with financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage responses to external audits.

2. Required Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, financial and accounting analysis.
• Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar certifications are preferred.

3. Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Financial planning experience in F&B industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English. Korean language is a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
