COUNTRY SALES DIRECTOR Primary Responsibilities: 1.Company IC sales operations 2.Building and managing a sales team 3.Distributors management 4.Sales forecast and analysis preparation 5.New customers and distributors development and maintenance Position Requirements: 1.Experience with Analog Semiconductor industries 2.BSEE with 5+ years of experience in selling IC products and 2 years of managing experience 3.Strong customer relationship building and negotiating skills 4.Comprehension of IC applications 5.Self - starter motivation 6.Aggressive, proactive and with good teamwork qualities 7.Good communication skills. 8.Must be able to communicate with Korean and English. 9.Ability to work effectively with cross-site teams 10.Sales experience in dealing with Tier 1 OEMs is preferred 11.Good relationship with likes of LG, Samsung etc | ||
