내용 Korean Speaking Customer Service Representative Job Description : * Manage the Order Fulfillment of Korean Customers from order entry to cash and ensure compliance to policies and appropriate controls. * Manage the order acknowledgment and delivery requests of the customers in a timely manner. * Exercise proactive management of customer orders and other special requirements as needed. * Be the focal contact point for pre and post delivery support and/or customer issues independently. * Initiate and lead projects to improve quality and sevice to the customers. * Manage customer receivables for LOC negotiations and presentation to the bank for payment and CIA payment terms of customers.
