| 내용 | 세일즈 신입(준경력)사원을 모집합니다. 1명이며, 적어도 정규직장에 1-2년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 직원이며 좋겠으며, IT하드웨어 세일즈 분야면 제격입니다. 남녀 무관하여 자세한 요구사항을 아래에 나와있습니다. 6개월간의 수습을 거쳐 인도네시아, 베트남 등 해외영업을 하게 됩니다. 로컬영업이 아니므로 중국어는 선택이지만, 네이티브 수준의 영어실력은 필수입니다. 저희 판매제품의 대부분이 한국제품이므로 한국직원을 우선순위에 두고 있습니다. 영어실력이나 세일즈경력이 전혀없다면 지원을 사절합니다. 채용시기는 7월중 -8월초가 될 예정입니다. 현재 EP자격으로 회사를 다니고 있다면 제격이며, 한국에서 세일즈를 하다 구직을 위해 들어와있는 분도 가능합니다. Business Development Executive Responsibilities: • Drive significant sales growth and exceed sales targets within identified accounts through effective relationships across accounts • Identify and develop new clients and new business opportunities • Gather market and competitors’ information to formulate plans and strategy in the growth of existing account and developing new account • To attend and respond to phone/email/fax enquiries with regards to the company products and services • Working closely with our technical implementation team and our vendor partners in developing solutions for our customers • Taking on a project leadership role in leading the technical team to ensure that projects are completed on time accordingly to milestones Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT related field • Min 1-2 years channel sales experience in IT hardware fields. • Applicants must have broad understanding of IT hardware, sales marketing and support preferably AIDC industry • In addition, applicants must have experience in managing major accounts, driving complex solutions sales and managing profitable implementation solution • An innovative team player who is revenue aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, mature with the determination to succeed in sales • Occasional travel is required • Prefer Korean speaking very fluent english.
