| 내용 | Working with a team leader, you will identify and source for viable and timely solutions that addresses our client’s business challenges. You will also be required to identify business opportunities or create the opportunities with your resourcefulness. Job Description: The initial part of the job is as such: 1. Develop client relationships to fill existing and potential recruitment opportunities by: a) Providing a full range of customized solutions to each client. b) Understanding clients requirements and profile the right candidates for their selections. 2. Consult and add value to clients and candidates by providing them with the right market advise. After which, the job will be combine with such: 3. Familiar with the different sourcing approaches to identify suitable and eligible clients and candidates within stipulated timeframe. 4. Conduct phone screens, interviews to shortlist candidates and prepare profiles, reports and recommendations to client. 5. Manage rest of recruitment activities such as client interview, offer negotiations to ensure successful closure of projects. Job Requirement: 1 . Mature and committed to work hard with a “never-say-die” attitude. 2. A sales-oriented & service driven personality . 3. Ability to work independently with high level of motivation. 4. Possess excellent communication and written skills in English & Korean language. 5. Ability to speak in Japanese will be an advantage.
